How to import bulk products?
you can import all your products at once using a CSV file, or one by one. Import from platforms such as eBay, WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, Etsy, and many more
Can I offer click & collect?
Yes, we made it easy for shoppers to search for products and arrange a time to pick them up at the store within their area so the experience is convenient for everyone!
Delivery methods?
For the first time, you can offer any delivery method you choose, and set the price to the customer. You can also use our integrated delivery service with Shipstation.
How does it work ordering from OnHighStreet.co.uk?
Transactions are made on the ONHIGHSTREET.CO.UK platform, and orders are fulfilled by the retailer. Retailers are notified when orders are made, and can view their orders in their account dashboard.
How does the commission work?
Commission is charged on sold product value only, not the shipping value.
How do retailers get paid?
Directly into your bank account or Paypal account 18 days after the sale, minus the commission on the sale. This way you can request withdrawal.
How to return an item?
Customers may return their order within 14 days of receipt, with no reason required
